Welcome to the Women in the World Foundation Website (the “Website”)! The Website is operated by the Women in the World Foundation, Inc. (“WITWF”) and provides users with the opportunity to upload content. This content may include text, images, photographs, audio, video or material in any other form (collectively, “User Submissions”). By uploading or otherwise transmitting any User Submission to the Website, you understand and agree that:

 

You are giving WITWF the worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to display, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publish, perform, translate, edit, adapt, remove, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such User Submissions in whole or in part, including in combination with your name, likeness, or other material, in its sole discretion, including but not limited to on the Website, on any affiliated sites, digital services, and publications, and in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional and marketing purposes.

 

You have all rights and authorizations necessary to post, submit, display, produce, upload or otherwise transmit such User Submissions. You will not upload content that: (a) infringes on the rights (including copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity) of any third party; (b) is false, misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or sexually-explicit; (c) degrades others on the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual preference, disability or other classification; (d) contains epithets or other language or material intended to intimidate or to incite violence; or (e) violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law. 

 

WITWF is not responsible for any content uploaded or transmitted to the Website and has no obligation to use, maintain or monitor User Submissions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WITWF, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, from and against all claims arising out of your use of the Website and your transmission or uploading of User Submissions.
